 Breakfast Special Omelet Recipe:

As breakfast is the first meal of the day so it must be healthy,  nutritious and provide you with full energy. Most of the people like to eat eggs for breakfast, this special omelet recipe will be a good addition in their breakfast recipes.


  • Onion chopped (1 large)
  • Potato small cubes (2 medium)
  • Tomatoes chopped (2 medium)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp or to taste)
  • Black pepper powder(1/2 tsp)
  • Red chili flakes (1/2 tsp)
  • Green chilies (3-4)
  • Fresh coriander chopped (as required)
  • Eggs (5-6)
  • Cooking oil (2-3 tbsp.)


  • Add oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped onions in it until translucent.
  • Now add chopped potatoes in it and cook for 5-6 minutes until light golden.
  • Add tomatoes and cover the frying pan. Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until tomatoes become soft.
  • Now add salt and black pepper powder, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add 5-6 eggs in pan without mixing. Sprinkle red chili flakes on it. Place green chilies on it.
  • Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until eggs are fully cooked. Sprinkle fresh coriander on it.

Cut it into large pieces and serve with bread or paratha. This special omelet will be loved by every one.
