Oats Smoothie Recipes for Weight Loss

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats (3 tbsp.)
  • Dates (2)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Roasted peanuts (2 tbsp.)
  • Flax seeds powder (1 tbsp.)
  • Cinnamon powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Banana (1)

Directions:

  • Take three tablespoons of rolled oats in a bowl, add dates after removing their seeds, and add a cup of water.

  • Water (1 cup)
  • Dark chocolate (10 g)
  • Banana (1)
  • Cinnamon powder (1 tsp)
  • Cocoa powder (2 tbsp.)
  • Flax seeds (2 tbsp.)

Directions:

  • Add rolled oats to a bowl and soak with one cup of water for ten minutes.
  • Now add banana slices, cinnamon powder, flax seeds, and cocoa powder.

  • Roasted flax seeds (1 tbsp.)

Directions:

  • Soak rolled oats by adding a cup of water in a bowl for 10 minutes.
  • Add flax seeds, cinnamon powder, and honey.
  • Soak almonds for thirty minutes and peel them. Add them to the above ingredients.
  • Add apple slices and blend all the ingredients well.

  • Pour into a serving glass and you can garnish it with roasted flax seeds.

4. Oats Strawberry Smoothie Recipe:

Another healthy and tasty recipe is the oats strawberry smoothie recipe. This smoothie is equally liked by elders and kids.

Ingredients:

  • Rolled oats (3 tbsp.)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Strawberries (5-6)
  • Almonds (5-6)
  • Cinnamon powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Chia seeds (1 tbsp.)
  • Honey (1 tbsp.)

Directions:

  • Add rolled oats and water to a bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped strawberries to the soaked oats.
  • Soak almonds for 30 minutes, peel them and add to the above ingredients.
  • Add  cinnamon powder, chia seeds, and honey to the above ingredients.
  • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Take it out in a serving glass.
  • You can garnish it with the chopped soaked almonds and strawberries, and chia seeds.
