 New Tomato Omelet Recipe (Breakfast Recipes):

The first meal of the day must be delicious and nutritious. Most of the people like to have egg for breakfast, whether boiled, fried, or in omelet form. Try this new omelet recipe, you will definitely love its taste. 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (2)
  • Tomatoes large (2)
  • Flour (1 tbsp.)
  • Butter (1 tbsp.)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper powder (to taste)
  • Red chili powder (to taste)
  • Black cumin (as required)
  • Fresh coriander chopped (as required)
  • Green onions chopped (as required)
  • Mozzarella cheese grated (as required)

Directions:

  • Cut tomatoes in round slices and take out the inner seeds part. Cut the seeds in cubes.

  • Take a bowl and add cubes of tomato seeds, fresh coriander, eggs, salt, flour, black pepper and red chili powder. Mix well.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan on medium heat and place round tomato slices on it.

  • Now pour the prepared egg mixture inside the tomato slices. Add some black cumin.

  • Change the side of the omelet when one side is cooked. Add grated mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions to the other side of tomato omelet. Cook well until cheese melts.
