Mini Potato Pizza (Without Oven and Flour)

 Make Mini Potato Pizzas without Oven and Flour:

A delicious and simple recipe for pizza lovers with out baking and using flour. Mini potato pizzas are crunchy from base and soft from inside. These gluten-free pizzas would be liked by everyone. 


  • Potatoes small-sized (6-8)
  • Tomatoes small-sized (4-5)
  • Tomato sauce (as required)
  • Mozzarella cheese (as required)
  • Corn starch (as required)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper powder (to taste)
  • Parsley (as required)


  • Wash potatoes and boil in a pan with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Dry and cool them after boiling and remove their skin.
  • Spread corn starch, or potato starch, or flour evenly on a Teflon sheet or parchment paper in a try.
  • Place boiled potatoes on this sheet and press firmly with a flat bottom surface like a cup or a plate. Spread some corn starch on the flat potatoes.
  •  Heat a little oil in a frying pan and put these potatoes on it. Cook from both sides evenly until light golden. 
  • Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on these potato pizzas. 
  • Spread tomato sauce on them and put tomato slices.
  • Add grated Mozzarella cheese and cover them with a lid, and cook on low flame until cheese melts. 

  • Add some parsley to give it extra flavor. You can also add mushrooms, olives and capsicum to make the taste extra rich.
Mini potato pizzas are ready to serve, crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside.
