Ingredients:

  • Black chickpeas boiled (1&1/2 cup)
  • Peanuts roasted (1 cup)
  • Paprika powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed to taste
  • Olive oil (1 tbs)
  • Cucumber (1 medium)
  • Tomatoes (2 large)
  • Onion (1 Large)
  • Salad leaves (1 bunch)
  • Turnip (1 medium)
  • Olive oil (3 tbs)
  • Sesame seeds black &white (1tbs)
  • Lemon juice (1tbs)
  • Fresh coriander (chopped)

Directions:

  • Mix black chickpeas, peanuts, paprika powder, salt, black pepper and 1tbs of olive oil in it in a frying pan; roast them on medium flame and set aside.


  • Take cucumber and tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • Peel off onion and cut it into slices.
  • Make slices of turnip.
  • Chop salad leaves.


  • Take a bowl and add 3 tbs of olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in it. Whisk these ingredients and set aside.


  • Take a mixing bowl and add all the chopped vegetables, roasted black chickpeas and peanuts, fresh chopped coriander and prepared seasoning. Mix all the ingredients and serve it in a serving bowl.

Delicious protein salad is ready to serve 2 persons and is a healthy weight loss recipe.
