This is an easy and delicious egg rolls recipe for breakfast. It can be prepared with fewer ingredients and less making time. Everybody at your home will definitely love this recipe.
- Eggs (6)
- Red bell peppers chopped (1)
- Green bell peppers chopped (1)
- Salt (to taste)
- Water (1 tbsp.)
- Ketchup (as required)
- Sesame seeds (as required)
- Mint or turnip leaves (as required)
- Separate egg yolks and egg white in separate bowls.
- Add a little salt to both according to taste.
- Stir egg white well.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water in egg yolks and stir well.
- Add chopped red and green bell peppers to egg whites and stir well.
- Take a rectangular frying pan and heat a little oil in it.
- Pour white eggs mixture and spread out.
- When it is slightly cooked, start rolling from one side.
- Roll it completely and place it on one side. Add some oil and pour remaining egg white mixture. Roll again completely.
