Chocolate Peanut Butter Tarts Recipe:

 Easy Recipe of Chocolate Peanut Butter Tarts:

Tarts filled with chocolate peanut butter are delicious, yummy, soft, and sweet. They look so mouthwatering that everybody however, children or elders all love them. The easiest recipe for chocolate peanut butter tarts is as follows:


Tart Shells:

  • All purpose flour (1& 1/2 cup)
  • Cocoa powder (1/3 cup)
  • Salt (1/4 tsp)
  • Butter (100 g)
  • Caster sugar (1/3 cup)
  • Egg white (1)
  • Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
  • Cream (1 tbsp.) at room temperature

Peanut Butter Tart Filling:

  • Cream cheese (100g)
  • Peanut Butter (100 g)
  • Vanilla essence (1 tsp)
  • Cream chilled (200 ml)
  • Icing sugar (1/2 cup)

Chocolate Ganache:

  • Milk Chocolate chopped (80 g)
  • Cream (1/3 cup)
  • Peanuts chopped (as required)


Making of Tart Shells:

  • Sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt with the help of a sifter in a bowl and set aside.
  • Take the caster sugar and butter in a bowl and blend them well until they change color.
  • Now add egg white and vanilla essence and blend again with a blender.
  • Add half the quantity of dry ingredients and beat until well mixed.
  • Beat again after adding cream.
  • Blend well after adding remaining dry ingredients.
  • Knead dough until it becomes smooth, take a small quantity and make a ball.
  • Apply cooking oil on tart molds; place the ball in tart mold and press it until it evenly spreads in the mold; remove extra dough from edges with the help of a knife, and prick with a fork. Repeat the process and make as many tarts as can be made with the prepared dough. 

  • Bake these tarts in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-22 minutes. Let them cool and then remove from tart molds. 

Making of Peanut Butter Tart Filling:

  • Take cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla essence in a bowl and beat them well.
  • Take chilled cream in a separate bowl and place this bowl in another bowl filled with ice cubes; now blend the cream with the help of blender.
  • Now add icing sugar and blend again until soft peaks form. Add cream  cheese and peanut butter mixture and blend again.
  • Transfer this mixture to a piping bag and keep it refrigerated. 

Making of Chocolate Ganache:

  • Take a bowl and add chopped milk chocolate and cream. Microwave it for 30 seconds and mix well. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag and set aside.


Fill the tarts with chocolate butter filling and garnish with chocolate ganache and peanuts.

Delicious chocolate peanut butter tarts are ready to serve.
