Healthy and Tasty Avocado Salad Recipe

Avocados contain vitamins E, C, K, and B6, potassium, magnesium, healthy fats, fiber, and folate and have various health benefits for the human body. They maintain healthy cholesterol and blood pressure levels and are good for the heart. Avocados are also good for the eye’s health and the growth and development of the body. Include avocados in your diet either in the form of salad or a meal If you are trying to lose weight.

This healthy and tasty avocado salad recipe will be a good addition to your diet plan if you are trying to lose weight.


  • Avocados (2)
  • Orange or red Bell pepper (1)
  • Cucumber (1)
  • Spring onions (as required)
  • Tomatoes (4-5 small)
  • Canned corn (100 g)
  • Sunflower oil (220 g)
  • Milk (100 ml)
  • Salt (a pinch)
  • Black pepper powder (a pinch)
  • Bavarian mustard (2 tbsp.)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp.)


  • Take avocados, peel them, and cut them in half. Cut them into small cubes. Put these avocado cubes into a bowl.

  • Cut bell pepper into small cubes and add it to the bowl.

  • Cut cucumber and tomato slices and chop spring onions. Add canned corn and the above ingredients to the salad bowl.

  • Blend sunflower oil and milk in the blender and then add salt, Bavarian mustard, black pepper, chopped garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Blend the ingredients again.

  • Add this sauce to the bowl above and mix all the ingredients.

This avocado salad recipe is extremely delicious and healthy as it contains many healthy ingredients like avocados, corn, tomatoes, milk, and other ingredients. This avocado salad can be taken  as a meal if you are trying to lose weight as it will fill your stomach for the next meal after 5-6 hours.
